Pros:
I was very happy to receive my 15' rolling scaffolding tower.  It will serve me well for years.  The quality of the product and ease of install was impressive.   Set up was fairly self-explanatory.
The process of ordering and customer service was great.

Cons:
If you are doing delivery to a residence, I would recommend that you have someone with you to help unload.  The driver is not going to do it.  Make sure you have some band cutters and some gloves.  The skid was too large to fit on the lift gate, etc. - and we had to unload by hand.  I'm in a similar business so it went as I expected it to go - but just be ready to do some work when the product arrives. Also you will need to call the carrier to set a delivery appointment.  All of this info is spelled out on the site and in the communication from the company -  so shouldn't be a surprise.

Overall - I'm very, very pleased with my purchase!

I ordered this scaffold  having in mind something similar to another one that we have, But what a surprise, the new one really is way more than that one I had in mind, on top of that, I want to say thanks to the salesman for all his help👍👍
