The item arrived as described. However, it was not packed very good. The pulley were not padded inside the box as they are heavy the box was torn up in shipping and the powder coating on the pulley was damaged from rubbing because of not being properly packaged inside the shipping box. Other than that all was good.

The pulley was a fair value, but the shipping costs were excessive - $75 for a 30# box that could have been mailed for less than half that.

I realize you may have little control over this but your shipping costs are rather extreme. Also, the need to approve shipping in a separate email makes booking difficult.
